Energizing the Sports Sanctuary

I created a mural for the entrance of the new headquarters office of JAAF (Japan Association of Athletics Federations) within the Japan Sport Olympic Square, which is located right next to the New National Stadium. For me, having experienced track and field in middle and high school, this was the ultimate canvas.

As a new artistic attempt, I expressed dynamism while using a subdued color palette. Since the entire office heavily utilizes mortar and wood grain, I focused on selecting colors that would ensure the artwork was not overly flashy.
